If there are any serious medical conditions, please make the lead coach aware in person, as well as noting it on the medical information in your form, to ensure the coach is definitely aware. If athletes require enhalers please leave one with the lead coach in a clear plastic box.
 
We have multiple SEND athletes including those with motor/movement conditions and learning/behavioural/neurological disabilities, so we are experienced in ensuring they get great development whilst staying safe. Please make the lead coach aware of any considerations for them when they begin their first trial session.
