Telford AC shines at Gryphon Cup

Members of one of TAC's senior sprint groups attended the Gryphon Cup in Leeds recently, with some great performances and multiple PBs

The standout performance was TAC's Baron Opoku who won the 200m 'A' final and was second in the 100m 'A' final, and Telford AC's third place finish in the 4x100m relay behind hosts Univeristy of Leeds and the University of Manchester

It is a promising start 2025 for Telford sprinting, the club has added approximately 40 sprinters since the last meeting of 2024 in September. Time will tell if this translates to league promotion!
