The President oversees the Committee and directs them to work under his vision

The Chairman chairs the Committee meetings, fields issues and complaints for members, directs discussion and appoints tasks to Committee members

The Secretary handles communication at the Club, answering questions, sending communication to the relevant people, and making sure everybody is kept up to date. He also takes the minutes of Committee meetings

The Treasurer handles finances at the club, manages the club bank account, approves or disapproves of spending proposals, and makes sure members are paying correctly

Organises the Leagues the Club is in, creates and distributes a fixture list, appoints team managers, directs the appointments of competition organisers and is in charge of track and field events put on by the Club

Organises club officials and raises the army of officials needed to host League meetings and run events such as the Telford Spring Warmup and the Telford Games

The Coaching Coordinator fields all issues, complaints and suggestions from coaches, makes sure coaches are qualified and licensed, hosts coaching meetings, and makes sure there is a solid structure for coaches to succeed

Keeps track of members, ensures everybody is licensed with England Athletics, keeps details and runs the Club database of member information, and makes sure all communication is kept GDPR safe

Organises social events for the club including a quarterly Club Social, coach's socials, and any individual social events for example for a single training group

Alison organises the junior Cross County events the Club enters, appoints team managers, and makes sure the Club is delivering good cross country training for juniors

Organises sportshall participation by the Club, including the hosting of meetings, appoints team managers, and makes sure the Club is training sportshall athletes to an appropriate standard

The School Liaison coordinates activities with schools and fosters the relationship between schools and new junior members coming to the Club

Designs and manages the website, and keeps it up to date with news, results and more

Represents juniors on the Committee. Communicates with junior athletes and represents any suggestions, complaints, pain points or issues to the Committee or takes any immediate issues to the relevant person at the Club
